How much water should I put in the sterilizer?

The pod must be filled to the maximum, which is 105 ml of water, for a sterilisation cycle of 8 minutes.

Are the branches dishwasher safe?

Yes, the branches of the Turbo Pure steriliser are dishwasher safe.

Why does my Turbo Pure no longer sterilize and/or end up with the bottles still wet at the end of the cycle?

There is probably too much water in the reservoir.

Before each cycle, you need to add 105 ml of water as specified in the instructions and on the scale on the base, no more, no less.

In addition, remember to descale your Turbo pure every week for optimal use.

Every when do I have to replace my HEPA filter?

The HEPA filter must be replaced every six (6) months. You may purchase yours on our spare parts page.

Descaling your Turbo Pure

Do this every week for optimal use. Put 100 ml of white vinegar with 100 ml of water, and leave to stand cold for 4 hours.
